What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on what’s most efficient for your delivery.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info.
I typed my shipping address wrong. Can I fix it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at support@baddboss.com Once it ships, we can’t make changes and are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
My package says delivered, but I don’t see it.
Once a package is marked delivered, we recommend checking with your neighbors or contacting the shipping carrier directly. BADD Boss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, but we’ll always try to help where we can.
