All purchases from BADD Boss are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hats, accessories, or air fresheners unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Exchanges for apparel are available for sizing only, subject to availability.
Shipping Information:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. BADD Boss is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
